1，采用大屏幕點(diǎn)陣液晶顯示及智能化控制系統(tǒng)，并具有多種語言的人機(jī)對話界面，操作極為方便。
2，機(jī)器有精確的感應(yīng)器能自動識別毛巾大小，并自動調(diào)整合適的折疊寬度，通過橫折板進(jìn)行橫折折疊。
3，機(jī)器通過轉(zhuǎn)軸上的編碼器自動測量毛巾長度，并判定毛巾折疊方式，通過特有的正反轉(zhuǎn)和吹起裝置來實(shí)毛巾的第一次縱折折疊。

5，第二次縱折折疊也是通過特有的正反轉(zhuǎn)和吹氣裝置來實(shí)現(xiàn)的，并增加了可調(diào)的傳送平臺傾斜度來確保毛巾的折疊效果。

8，在堆碼出料時，采用了一種自動伸縮裝置，通過該裝置，控制傳送帶的伸出和縮進(jìn)，并保證其運(yùn)動方向不變，以確保堆碼后的多塊毛巾能通過傳送帶平穩(wěn)地進(jìn)入到下一道輸送帶上。
